Yay, my first steampunk character! This was a lot of fun to draw. For those of you who don't already know, steampunk is a genre of sci-fi/fantasy that basically is a mix of victorian era fashion/world with steam-powered anachronistic technology. It's pretty awesome. Some examples of steampunk include
Treasure Planet (Disney movie),
Howl's Moving Castle (Miyazaki film),
The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen (comic and movie), literature by Jules Verne and lots of other great fiction. :)
Anyway, I plan on adding some color to this pic in a few days.
